Have you ever had a friend who took their job very seriously and was way too busy all the time to engage in pointless reply-all emails and read blogs all day? Did that same friend eventually hire another one of your friends who used to send reply-all emails and read blogs, but then had to stop and pretend he was just as busy and important as the first friend, even though this clearly wasn’t the case?No? Me neither.
